Introduction to Buddhism | About the course

2500 years after the passing of Buddha, his message continues to resonate. However, although many of us have an interest in Buddhist meditation, we sometimes don’t know where to start. This relaxing weekend course will introduce the essential principles of the Buddhist way of life in a practical and accessible manner. Through a series of short talks and guided meditations, we will learn how Buddhist meditation is a tool for developing qualities such as inner peace, love and patience, and how this can make a meaningful difference to the world around us.
