Meditations for a Happy Life | May 7th, 14th & 21st | with Ann Harland

We all want to be happy and free from problems. However, because we do not understand the real source of happiness, we often choose the wrong methods to try to achieve this goal. Unfortunately, this only causes our human problems to increase.

On this short course we will learn meditations that enable us to develop lasting peace and happiness from within, and find practical solutions to our daily problems.

Living with Wisdom | June 11th, 18th & 25th | with Ann Harland

What does it mean to live with wisdom? A mind of wisdom understands what are the true causes of happiness and what are the true causes of suffering. Wisdom enables us to develop deep insights into how our mind works and, in particular, how to distinguish minds that cause inner peace from those that make us disturbed and unhappy. Eventually we can develop the wisdom understanding the true nature of reality, which is the universal panacea for all our problems and suffering.

On this three-week course, Ann Harland will explain how to cultivate our inner wisdom through practising Kadam Lamrim, a special practical method to integrate all of Buddha’s teachings into our daily lives. In this way, we can gradually solve all our human problems and make our lives truly meaningful.

Everybody is welcome.
