Rest & Reflect | Mid-week breaks throughout the year


Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the peaceful surroundings of Madhyamaka Kadampa Meditation Centre. Enjoy a flexible schedule that includes the option to attend two meditation classes and two short lunchtime guided meditations at no extra cost, as well as the opportunity to rest and reflect in our meditation rooms in your own time.

Accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and evening meal, (Tuesday supper to Thursday lunch). All meals are vegetarian, however If you would like the vegan option, please make a note on the checkout page.

We offer a range of guest rooms in our courtyard development, all situated within two minutes walk of the main building and World Peace Cafe.

    Rest and reflect breaks offer a range of drop-in classes, chanted prayers and guided meditation sessions that are suitable for everyone.

  • Fee & Booking

    Booking fees are for two nights accommodation and all meals (Tues supper to Thurs lunch inclusive):

    Standard single (shared bathroom with maximum 3 other people): £90

    Superior Single with sink (shared bathroom maximum 1 other person): £100

    Single en-suite:  £120

    Double/Twin en-suite:  £140

    The price for residential guests includes all meals. All meals are vegetarian (vegan available on request) If you have any other dietary requirements please contact us in advance of your visit. Thank you.

    Cancellation Conditions for residential bookings:

    If a booking is cancelled less than 4 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 4 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
