Six Steps to a Happy Life | Sept 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, Oct 6 | with Margaret Hoyle
Everyone wants to experience happiness and be from suffering, we all share these basic wishes. But how can we accomplish them? Many self-help strategies offer temporary solutions to our problems that can be useful for a while, but sooner or later the problems seem to return.
On this six-week course we will look at the root causes of happiness and suffering – and the lasting solution to all our problems – in six simple steps. Margaret Hoyle will introduce six practical and life-changing meditations which, if applied in our daily lives, will bring about a deep transformation rather than a short-term solution.
Everybody is welcome.
