The holiday season often brings with it many social pressures and expectations. Our ability to manage these expectations in a positive way depends upon whether we have a peaceful mind and beneficial intention.

On this short 3-week course, we will learn to identify and let go of unhelpful expectations, and instead familiarise ourselves with virtuous minds that guarantee a happy holiday season regardless of where we are, or who we are with.

Lukas Bisek is a Kadampa Buddhist who has been practising meditation for many years. He presents Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way that is relevant to people with busy, modern lives.

Kelsang Drolkyi is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with many years experience of teaching and practising meditation. She presents Buddha’s teachings in an engaging and accessible way that makes them easy to put into practice.
