September 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th | with Lukas Bisek & Kelsang Drolkyi
On this four-week course, Lukas Bisek and Kelsang Drolkyi will introduce Buddhist meditation practices that enable us to let go of negative and unhappy states of mind, and instead develop a positive, confident approach to life. By cultivating a peaceful mind we will develop the ability to respond to daily problems in a calm and constructive way, and stay happy whatever happens.

Lukas Bisek is a Kadampa Buddhist who has been practising meditation for many years. He presents Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way that is relevant to people with busy, modern lives.
Kelsang Drolkyi is a Kadampa Buddhist nun with many years experience of teaching and practising meditation. She presents Buddha’s teachings in an engaging and accessible way that makes them easy to put into practice.
