We have three beautiful meditation rooms: the Main Meditation Room, the Protector Meditation Room and the Bow Room.

Most courses are held in the main meditation room. The other meditation rooms are available for quiet reflection and personal use.

The Main Meditation Room is spacious, light and a very peaceful and blessed place to meditate. Having hosted thousands of courses, retreats and events for over 30 years this is an ideal space to develop inner calm. The meditation was once a stunning ballroom, with ornate carved walls and exquisite ceiling.

The Protector Meditation Room adjoins the main meditation room and the two rooms can be opened up to create one large special for large courses.

The Bow Room, located on the first floor is cosy with amazing views over surrounding countryside and the lake.

 FIND LASTING HAPPINESS

The purpose of meditation is to make the mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.
