Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have ingrained bad mental habits that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time. However, these are just habits and can be changed!

On this half-day course, Kelsang Konchog will explain how to gain power to free our self from these negative emotions and instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.

About the Teacher

The course will be taught by Kelsang Konchog. A Buddhist nun, known for her kind heart, sincerity, and clarity, Kelsang Konchog offers teachings that are both accessible and meaningful. Her friendly, down-to-earth style inspires people from all walks of life to overcome their problems and discover lasting inner peace through meditation.
