TEACHER

Kelsang Konchog teaches meditation classes in York. As a Kadampa Buddhist nun, she also draws on her previous experience as a medical professional and mother of four to present Buddha’s teachings in a practical way that fits easily into busy modern life.

Known for her kind heart, sincerity, and clarity, Konchog offers teachings that are both accessible and meaningful. Her friendly, down-to-earth style inspires people from all walks of life to overcome their problems and discover lasting inner peace through meditation.
