We all want to be happy and free from problems. However, because we do not understand the real source of happiness, we often choose the wrong methods to try to achieve this goal. Unfortunately, this only causes our human problems to increase.

On this short course we will learn meditations that enable us to develop lasting peace and happiness from within, and find practical solutions to our daily problems.
