
Relax and unwind at the end of the day with a teatime meditation session. Each session begins with a calming breathing meditation. This is followed by a short explanation of a second meditation for developing a clear and peaceful mind, which will then be guided. 🫖 Cultivate positive states of mind for peace and well-being. 🫖 Reduce stress, anxiety and other negative states of mind. 🫖 Discover how the source of happiness lies in the mind, not external conditions.
