Six Steps to a Happy Life | Sept 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 7 | with Kelsang Konchog

Everyone wants to experience happiness and be free from suffering, we all share these basic wishes. But how can we accomplish them? We often invest our time and energy trying to improve our external conditions in order to fulfil these goals, but sooner or later our problems seem to return.

On this six-week course we will look at the root causes of happiness and suffering – and the lasting solution to all our problems – in six simple steps. Kelsang Konchog will introduce six practical and life-changing meditations which, if applied in our daily lives, will bring about a deep transformation rather than a short-term solution.

Everybody is welcome.
