Tuesday Evening Meditation Class

7pm – 8.15pm

Living with Wisdom | June 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

What does it mean to live with wisdom? A mind of wisdom understands what are the true causes of happiness and what are the true causes of suffering. Wisdom enables us to develop deep insights into how our mind works and, in particular, how to distinguish minds that cause inner peace from those that make us disturbed and unhappy. Eventually we can develop the wisdom understanding the true nature of reality, which is the universal panacea for all our problems and suffering.

On this four-week course, Gen-la Kunsang will explain how to cultivate our inner wisdom through practising Kadam Lamrim, a special practical method to integrate all of Buddha’s teachings into our daily lives. In this way, we can gradually solve all our human problems and make our lives truly meaningful.

Everybody is welcome.
