TEACHER
Buddhist Nun Kelsang Nampur teaches this Tuesday evening series. A sincere and devoted disciple of Venerable Geshe-la, she has been practising meditation and Buddhism for many years, gaining deep experience in applying these teachings in everyday life. Known for her warm and kind nature, Kelsang Nampur presents Buddha’s teachings in a way that is clear, engaging, and easy to relate to. Her classes are inspiring, light, and practical, making them accessible to both beginners and those with more experience.
Drawing on her own understanding and example, she explains how we can gradually develop and deepen our inner peace by integrating meditation and Buddhist wisdom into our family life, work, and busy daily routines.
