Science is about causes. If we are wise to the real causes, we can create real and lasting happiness. This is inner science we can all learn.
Einstein remarked that in science “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” If we check we are not so different, constantly seeking happiness in the same ways but always left with disappointment, fading pleasure or even more problems. We just keep going back to things, people, places trying to recapture our happiness, looking outside of ourselves over and over, waiting for the same causes to produce different effects.
So let’s try a different approach. Let’s look for new more reliable causes of happiness within ourselves. Join us for four weeks of inner science, simple, profound and practical: the science of meditation.
