We often put a lot of energy into making sure our external conditions are comfortable, but what about our inner conditions?

If our mind is uncomfortable then it doesn’t matter how good the external situation is, we will not be happy.

On this short two-week course we will look at how we can start to develop mental coolness that enables us to remain calm and collected, regardless of the external situation.
