When our mind is calm and peaceful, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within, and we feel well disposed towards the people around us. On this short course, we will learn special methods to develop a loving heart towards all living beings. By doing this, the difficult situations we encounter will become easier to deal with, and our relationships with others will gradually improve.
