Wednesday Evenings | 7.30 – 8.45pm

A Three-Week Introductory Course | with Buddhist teacher Nigel Woolsey

In this busy, uncertain and rapidly changing world it is easy to feel unsure about our meaning and purpose. We sometimes feel like a balloon blown here and there by the wind, unable to control the direction our life is taking ~ but it does not have to be like this. By developing practical meditation techniques, ideally suited to our modern world, we can regain our inner balance and discover how to stay happy and confident whatever is happening around us. In his way, we can all learn to protect our own mind, find inner peace and develop a stronger sense of purpose.

On this three-week introductory course, Buddhist teacher Nigel Woolsey will explain the fundamentals of meditation and how we can use these tried and tested methods to increase our well-being and inner calm. Eventually we will be able to maintain a peaceful and relaxed mind, regardless of our external situation.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
