April Course

7.30 – 8.45pm | April 10th, 17th & 24th | with Nigel Woolsey

We all have bad habits and experience negative states of mind. If we identify with these habits and negative ways of thinking, then we can easily feel discouraged and unable to change. Buddha’s teachings show us how we can relate to ourselves in a far more positive way.

On this 3-week course, Nigel Woolsey will explain how to understand the process by which we can change our mind and overcome our bad habits. In so doing we can develop a special spiritual confidence that empowers us to become the person we really want to be.
