Saturday 26 September | 10am – 4.30pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

We are alive, therefore we will die.

This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with the fact.

On this day course, Gen-la Kunsang will explain the powerful Buddhist meditation on death, which enables us to make the very most of our precious human life. If we can do this, then when the time of our death finally arrives we will be able to face it happily, without fear or regret.
