Please read the following information carefully as due to Covid-19 restrictions there are some changes.

Booking & Payment

So that we can best prepare for your visit, we ask that you please book at least 24 hours in advance.  All bookings must be made online.

In-person Courses: A minimum 25% deposit is required for all in-person courses, the balance must be paid 24 hours before arrival or the start of the course whichever is earlier.

In-person courses may be booked with or without accommodation. Numbers are currently restricted to allow for social distancing, and priority will be given to those with accommodation.

Online Courses: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online courses and is non-refundable once the links have been sent. Online courses are available live-streamed at the time of the session and the recording will be available (using the links on your confirmation or reminder emails) for you to watch catch up for the specified time.

Casual Guest Stays: We regret that we are currently unable to accept casual guest stays.

Accommodation:  Due to Covid-19 restrictions course accommodation is currently limited to en-suite rooms or rooms with private bathroom and access only.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are secured with a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
In the event of a cancellation less than four full days before the course / event, no refund will be given.

In the event of a cancellation more than four full days of the course / event, you will be refunded your payment less the 25% deposit.

In the event of cancellation due to bereavement, if the Government rules prevent you from coming during the pandemic, or other exceptional circumstances please detail these in an email to to request a refund.
