    Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully: The 5 Forces with Gen Kelsang Tharpa

      Thursdays | 7:30pm – 8.30pm with optional Question and Answers after the class.

      This class will be live-streamed.  When you have booked below you will be sent a link to access the class. If you can’t make the class or wish to see it again, you will have access to the recorded class for 48 hours once the live class has ended via a link that will be sent to you.

      We recommend that you find a quiet, comfortable space to get the most benefit from the class. Most importantly, enjoy!

      These classes are for everyone in our area of East and North Yorkshire and those connected to Madhyamaka KMC, KMC York, our branch class areas of Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, Stamford Bridge, Goole.  If you live elsewhere you can find your local centre who will be offering livestream classes here https://kadampa.org/map

    Teacher

    Our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tharpa, is a senior meditation teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition.

    These feature classes with Gen Kelsang Tharpa cover a wide range of engaging topics. Drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained.

    The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!

    The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class.
