    In accordance with Government guidelines please:

    * if you (or someone you live with) have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have developed symptoms (principally high temperature, persistent cough, loss of smell or taste among others) within the last 14 days, please do not attend;

    * face coverings must be worn inside the building;

    * follow social distancing guidelines of 2m apart;

    * sanitise hands as you enter;

    * your booking will provide us with track and trace details if required;

    *  if you wish, please bring along your own water

Enjoy the Spiritual Energy of Life

Whether we’re just learning to meditate or have been practising for a while, this short series of classes will give us methods for gaining confidence and energy in our practice.  With this joyful approach we will easily make progress and be able to keep going, even when facing difficulties in our life.

These classes cover a wide range of engaging topics. Drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained.

The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!

The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class.
