Stamford Bridge – Wednesday evening meditation class

    Due to the current coronavirus situation, we have sadly taken the decision to cancel our branch classes until further notice.
    We will resume them when it is safe to do so. We will send out messages with any updates as we have them. Please sign up to our emailing list to receive updates. You can do this on any page on the website.

    We have lots of in-person and online classes and events both at Madhyamaka and York Kadampa Meditation Centres that you can take part in until your branch re-opens. Until then, stay safe and happy.

These classes cover a wide range of engaging topics. Drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained.

The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!

The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class.
