Saturday 20 June | 9:30am – 1pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
Sometimes it feels as though our lives are too busy to make any time for spiritual growth. Ordinary, mundane activities take up all of our time, leaving little left for our spiritual practice. However, many daily activities such as cooking, working, talking and relaxing are not intrinsically mundane; they are mundane only if done with a mundane mind. By doing exactly the same actions with a spiritual motivation, they become pure spiritual practices.
On this half day course, Gen-la Kunsang will explain simple methods to transform ordinary, seemingly mundane aspects of our daily lives into the path to Enlightenment. In this way, we can make every moment of our precious human life meaningful.
Everyone is welcome.
