Saturday 18 July | 9.30am – 1pm | with Margaret Hoyle
Buddha taught that without contentment we are spiritually impoverished, even if we possess a great amount of wealth. A poor person who is satisfied with what he or she has, and who has no strong craving to accumulate material possessions, is inwardly rich. Such a person has less anxieties, fewer problems and greater peace of mind.
On this half day course Margaret Hoyle will explain simple and practical methods to let go of our constant craving and develop inner peace and contentment, regardless of our material conditions.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and no previous experience is needed. Come and enjoy a relaxing and uplifting break from the busyness of daily life.
