On this half-day course, Kelsang Konchog will introduce the Buddhist approach to understanding and overcoming these challenges, sharing practical methods to develop greater confidence, resilience, and lasting inner peace.

Through guided teachings and meditation, you’ll learn simple techniques that can be applied in everyday life to help you stay calm, positive, and in control—even in difficult situations.

About the Teacher

The course will be taught by Kelsang Konchog. As a Kadampa Buddhist nun, she also draws on her previous experience as a medical professional and mother of four to present Buddha’s teachings in a practical way that fits easily into busy modern life.

Known for her kind heart, sincerity, and clarity, Konchog offers teachings that are both accessible and meaningful. Her friendly, down-to-earth style inspires people from all walks of life to overcome their problems and discover lasting inner peace through meditation.
