A Day Course with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang | Sun 30 April | 10am – 4.30pm
Fear and anxiety are two of the biggest internal struggles faced by modern people. There are many things in life that bring about a reaction of irrational fear, but it is possible to respond differently and find a constructive way to understand these situations.
On this day course, Gen-la Kunsang will explore which states of mind are causing our irrational fears. We will learn how to correctly identify these debilitating negative emotions and understand how we can gain freedom from them through meditation and the practical application of Buddha’s timeless advice.
Eventually we will be able to navigate skilfully through life’s challenges and live fearlessly.
The course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience of Buddhist meditation.

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
The course will be taught by Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang. Gen-la is a highly experienced teacher and meditator who has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty years. She has won the admiration and affection of many students throughout the world through her pure example and loving kindness. On this weekend course, Gen-la will provide clear and practical advice for those learning meditation for the first time, as well as invaluable guidance and support for those with some experience
