The Complete Path to Enlightenment Retreat with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

January is traditionally the month for engaging in retreat at Kadampa Centres around the world.

There will be three one-week retreats at Madhyamaka KMC in January 2025, which if undertaken together form the complete path to Enlightenment

Week One: Lamrim Retreat using The Mirror of Dharma with Additions and The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land.

What better way to start the new year than with a lamrim retreat, the supreme method to make all of our daily activities meaningful. Gen-la will guide this special retreat that will enable us to dive deeper with our experience of lamrim.

The retreat will begin on January 3 in the evening with an introduction at 7.30pm and then there will be 4 sessions each day.

Week Two: Generation Stage of Heruka practice using The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land.

An opportunity to engage in a week long retreat on the Generation Stage of Highest Yoga Tantra practice of Heruka with guidance and support in a blessed and peaceful environment.

Week Three: Completion Stage of Heruka practice using The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land.

A wonderful opportunity to engage in a week long retreat on the Completion Stage meditations of the Highest Yoga Tantra practice of Heruka.

    The price for residential guests includes all meals. We cater for either vegetarian or vegan dietary choices. If you have other dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Please be aware that all of our meals are subject to cross contamination.

    Cancellation Conditions for residential bookings:

    If a booking is cancelled less than 4 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 4 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang is highly experienced, well-respected and has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years.

She is also the National Spiritual Director of Austria, Switzerland, Italy and South Africa and teaches at National Festivals and Dharma Celebrations.

She has won the admiration and affection of many students throughout the world through her pure example and loving-kindness. Her teachings are powerful and clear.
