    Wisdom of Imagination

Our mind has enormous power to shape our day to day experiences – in reality all our experiences are determined or created by our mind. Buddhism teaches us how we can harness this power to create a life of happiness and fulfilment by developing our wisdom and imagination.

On this course, Gen Kelsang Tharpa will explore the role our mind plays in creating our reality and will introduce Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques that lead us towards positive change. By adopting this profound wisdom, we can stop grasping at our limitations and instead set our life on a trajectory to realising our own limitless potential.

    Everybody welcome!

Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.

    About the course:
What will each session consist of?
Guided by an experienced meditation teacher, this course includes guided meditations, teaching, Q&A and the opportunity for relaxed and informal conversation in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Do I need to bring anything or wear anything special?
No. All sessions will take place on chairs but there are optional cushions if you prefer to sit cross-legged. You don’t need to bring anything else with you, but some people like to take notes during the session, so feel free to bring a paper and pen.

What if I’m new to this?
Everyone is welcome to participate in this course and will benefit both new and experienced people alike.

    More questions?
Contact info@meditationinyork.org and someone will happily help you with your query.
