Saturday 9 May | 10am – 4.30pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

Blaming and resenting others for our problems and pain harms both ourselves and those around us. Buddha teaches many special ways of thinking to free our minds from the harmful habit of blaming others.

On this day course Gen-la Kunsang will explain how we can develop these invaluable approaches to our relationships with others, and in this way and experience the joy and freedom of learning to forgive.
