Inner Flexibility | 7 – 8.15pm | 9th, 16th & 23rd July  | with Richard Hoyle

On this three-week course, Richard Hoyle will introduce Buddhist meditation practices that enable us to let go of negative and unhappy states of mind, and instead develop a positive, confident approach to life. By cultivating a peaceful mind we will discover an inner flexibility, and the mental resources to respond to daily problems in a calm and constructive way.

Guided breathing meditation

Practical teaching

Second guided meditation based on the teaching

Option to ask the Teacher questions at the end of the class
