All our life we have been under the control of our mind, like a puppet on a string. Whenever our mind wants to do something we have to do it without choice. If our mind tells us to get angry we get angry. If our mind becomes sad we are sad. The only way to attain real freedom is to reverse this situation and take control of our mind.

On this half day course, Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang will explain how Buddha’s teachings can be used to make an inner transformation that will lead to a totally different experience of ourself and the world around us. By taking control of our mind, we will take control of the karma we create and all of our future experiences arising from our actions.
