Make happiness a habit in 2026. This introductory course will explain simple adjustments we can all make in our approach to life that can make a huge difference on our state of mind and wellbeing.

    £28 for 4 weeks if you book online or £10 a class

    £21 for 3 weeks if you book online or £10 a class

    £14 for 2 weeks if you book online or £10 a class

Class format

Guided breathing meditation

Practical teaching

Second guided meditation based on the teaching

Option to ask the Teacher questions after the class.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refreshments at this time so you may wish to bring your own drink.
