Saturday 5 December | 10am – 4.30pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab

The main practice of a Kadampa is cherishing all living beings and developing a good heart. Changing our ordinary intentions into a good heart is essential if we want to find lasting inner peace and solve our daily problems.

On this special day course, Gen-la Khyenrab will explain how we can change our views, intentions, and actions in order to lead a happier life. By putting this advice into practice we can make all of our daily activities meaningful and become a source of peace and happiness to those around us.

The course will include three sessions of liberating meditations and inspiring talks.

Everybody is welcome.
