Sunday 12 October | 9.30am – 1pm | with Georgina Pugh
Stress, anxiety and worry are endemic in our busy, fast paced lives. We often tend to think that specific situations or people in our life are the causes of these unhappy states of mind, and then invest our time in trying to fix them.
Buddha taught that all our unhappiness and anxiety comes from our unrealistic expectations and our exaggerated views of ourself, people around us. By learning to identify the actual causes of stress and worry, we can begin to understand how to free ourselves from these uncomfortable and debilitating states of mind.
On this half day course, Georgina Pugh will explain how we can overcome our habitual feelings of worry and anxiety, and discover instead methods to develop inner peace and the ability to stay anchored and strong in the face of life’s challenges.
Everyone Welcome.
