Our relationships with others – whether within a family, between couples, or amongst friends and colleagues – can have a huge impact on our happiness and well-being. However, these relationships can often feel unsatisfying and frustrating. Through meditation we can find ways of relating to others that make our social interactions rewarding and harmonious, and we can break out of mental habits that often sabotage them.
On this half-day course, Richard Brown will explain the Buddhist approach for building heart-centred, enjoyable relationships by learning and practising simple meditation techniques. In this way we can become happier people, and also become sources of happiness in the lives of others.
