Saturday 14 September | 10am – 4.30pm | with Gen Kelsang Rigma
Compassion is a pure and positive mind that finds the suffering of others unbearable, but that doesn’t make us depressed. In fact, it gives us tremendous energy to work for the sake of others and powers us along our spiritual path.
On this day course, Gen Rigma will be explaining how to develop and deepen our mind of compassion so that it becomes a special method to solve our daily problems and bring lasting benefit to others.
Everyone is welcome
Our compassion is our Buddha seed or Buddha nature, our potential to become a Buddha. It is because all living beings possess this seed that they will all eventually become Buddhas.
