CLASSES IN YORK ~ ON TUESDAY EVENINGS
October 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd | 7 – 8.15pm | with Richard Brown
This four-week course will introduce the Buddhist approach to understanding our own mind. By developing meaningful insights into the nature and function of the mind, we can learn practical methods to improve our everyday life. Each class will introduce meditation practices that enable us to identify and let go of negative and unhappy states of mind such as anxiety, anger and stress. By doing this we can gradually abandon states of mind that harm us, and replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.
