    Choose Happiness

meditations to keep you smiling whatever happens

A positive thought can turn even a difficult situation into an enjoyable one. A negative thought can turn even a fortunate situation into a painful one. If we know this, we understand how important it is to train in positive thinking. This course will help us to be positive whatever life throws at us, and have us beaming with happiness inside whatever is going on around us.

Based on the book, How to Transform Your Life, by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, this 4 week course will be taught by visiting teacher, Gen Kelsang Rabten.
