About the Teacher

The course will be taught by Nigel Woolsey.  Nigel is an experienced teacher and meditator who has been a Kadampa Buddhist for many years.  On this half day course, he will offer invaluable advice on how to let find inner clarity and peace of mind by letting go of turbulent, busy ways of thinking.
