Saturday 28 September | 9.30am – 1pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

On this half day course Gen-la Kunsang will explain how to maintain a relaxed and consistent approach to our spiritual practice. If we learn how to skilfully engage in the power of rest, our meditation will go from strength to strength, like a broad, steady river that eventually flows to the sea of enlightenment.
