    Realise your Potential

    Many of us suffer from lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem – completely unaware of the extraordinary potential that exists within each us. During this course, Gen Kelsang Tharpa will explain how we can start to recognize and eventually realize the potential for love, compassion and wisdom inside our hearts so that we can improve ourself as a person, develop authentic confidence and benefit others.
