    Clear Mind Day Retreat

    • DATE

      Saturday 17 April | 10am – 4pm

      This course will be available:

      1.  In Person.  There will be limited spaces available in the meditation room.  We regret that we are unable to provide refreshments or lunch for this event and the building must be vacated between sessions.  The World Peace Cafe is serving takeaway drinks and light snacks from 11am to 3pm daily.

      2. Live-streamed direct to your home. When you have booked below you will be sent a link to access the class but if you are unable to join at the specified time, a recording will be available for you to watch for a further 7 days.

      This course is for everyone in our area of East and North Yorkshire and those connected to Madhyamaka KMC, KMC York, our branch class areas of Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, Stamford Bridge, Goole and anyone else who would have planned to attend in person.

      In accordance with Government guidelines please:

      * if you (or someone you live with) have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have developed symptoms (principally high temperature, persistent cough, loss of smell or taste among others) within the last 14 days, please do not attend;

      * face coverings must be worn inside the building;

      * follow social distancing guidelines of 2m apart;

      * sanitise hands as you enter;

      * as blankets cannot be provided, wearing layers would

      be helpful;

      * your booking will provide us with track and trace

      details if required;

      *  if you wish, please bring along your own water

    During this day retreat we will be guided in meditations that help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself. Join us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

    Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
