Six Practices for a Perfect Life | 7-9Â February | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
Many of us have the compassionate wish to help others, but often we are not sure how best to accomplish this in our daily lives. Buddha taught that to fulfil this special altruistic potential we need to train in the practices of a Bodhisattva. Bodhisattvas are friends of the world, who have such strong compassion that they are able to transform all their daily activities into powerful ways of benefitting others.
The path of the Bodhisattva is contained within a practice called the six perfections. On this course Gen-la Kunsang will explain the beautiful and practical ways to apply the six perfections in and out of meditation. This is essential advice for those wishing to follow a way of life characterized by greater empathy and compassion for others.
Everybody welcome.
