    Healing Physical & Mental Suffering

According to Buddha all disease and suffering, mental and physical, are caused by our delusions such as anger. Normally, these delusions feel deeply ingrained, but through meditation and Buddha’s teachings we can experience the pure nature of our mind, and heal ourselves of these inner diseases.

Developing a peaceful mind through meditation is known to help with reducing stress and anxiety.  There are also meditation practices that can help reduce and eventually eliminate the causes of many mental and physical health problems.

Our mind is our greatest healer. Discover how to actualize your potential to overcome all mental pain, sorrow, loss, physical suffering, illness, and disease through one of the most renowned ancient meditations taught by Buddha, known as “taking and giving.”

In this special day course with Buddhist meditation teachers, Karin and Paul Chielman, you will gain insight into the mind-body connection through powerful ancient healing meditations taught by Buddha in a modern and accessible way.

Learn how to transform the simple act of breathing into a powerful healing practice that causes mental peace and happiness, improves concentration, enhances your love, compassion, and wisdom, and brings great meaning to your life.

This day course is ideal for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
