Nowadays we have so many distractions that it is rare to enjoy even a few moments of mental peace. However, by learning some simple meditation techniques, we will be able to keep a peaceful, focused, flexible and open mind, even on our busiest days.
On this short two week course we be introduced to simple but powerful methods for calming the mind and discovering inner focus and purpose.

Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have ingrained bad mental habits that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time. However, these are just habits and can be changed!
On this introductory 4-week course we will learn how to gain the power to free our self from these negative emotions, and instead tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.
