Pontefract – Wednesday Evenings | 7.30 – 8.45pm

7.30pm – 8.45pm | 30th April, 7th, 14th & 21st May | with Nigel Woolsey

We often wonder why things turn out the way they do, or sometimes feel that life just isn’t fair.

On this 4-week course, Nigel Woolsey will explain how to understand and meditate on the law of cause and effect, or karma.

Throughout our life we have to experience suffering and hardship without choice, because we do not understand what are the causes of our problems.

By developing a special wisdom understanding karma, we can learn how to happily accept the difficulties we currently encounter, and how to create the causes to be free from them in the future. In this way, we can make our human life truly meaningful.
