Pontefract – Wednesday Evenings | 7.30 – 8.45pm

October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th | with Nigel Woolsey

Experiencing change is an inevitable part of our human lives, whether in the form of small disruptions to our daily routine or more significant upheavals we may unexpectedly encounter. Yet despite this knowledge, for many of us we are not prepared or equipped to manage the uncertainties that we frequently find ourselves facing.

On this 5-week course we will learn practical and invaluable meditations and methods for learning to accept, process and finally embrace the state of impermanence and constant change that we all inhabit and share.

Everybody welcome.
