Harrogate – Tuesday evening meditation classes

Change your Mind, Change your World | February 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th | with Margaret Hoyle

It sometimes feels as if elements of our life are out of control. We can be intimidated by changing circumstances, feeling that there’s nothing we can do to change a situation. On the other hand, we all have the experience of how our state of mind affects the way we perceive and experience the world. In fact, our mind is the most powerful force in our world.

On this course we will learn how to change the way we view ourself, others and the world around us ~ and transform every situation into a meaningful opportunity for spiritual growth. In this way, we will discover the power of meditation has to positively transform our lives, and in this way, be of real benefit to our family, friends and world.

Staying Strong When Things Go Wrong| March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st | with Margaret Hoyle

When things go wrong in our life, and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind.If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us; indeed, we may even come to regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development.

On this short course we will learn methods for transforming adversities and maintaining a calm and peaceful mind regardless of the external circumstances.

Everybody welcome.
