Our busy modern lives are full of distractions that clutter our minds and stop us from developing inner stillness and focus. On this short course, we will learn methods for improving our concentration and overcoming the agitated, restless minds that prevent us from finding lasting inner peace.

Buddhist teacher Margaret

Margaret Hoyle is a Kadampa Buddhist with many years experience of teaching and practising meditation. She presents Buddha’s teachings in an engaging and accessible way that makes them easy to put into practice.
