Goole – Wednesday evening meditation classes

Transforming Adversity | 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th June | with Helen Richardson

When things are going well, and people are kind and treating us with respect, it is no so difficult for us to be happy and to wish for others to be happy.

However, if our patience and love diminishes as soon as we encounter problems or others fail to appreciate us, we will continue to experience endless difficulties in our daily life. As these situations are inevitable and beyond our control, we need to develop ways to change our response to these challenging conditions.

This 4-week course will explain Buddha’s precious teachings on transforming adverse conditions into opportunities for spiritual growth.
