Developing Positive Relationships
It’s often our relationships that affect our state of mind. When they’re going well we’re happy and when they’re not, they can cause us much heartache and confusion. All we want is for a life in harmony with others.
On this half-day course, using Buddha’s timeless advice, we will look at why things can go wrong and learn practical methods with which to interact with our partner, family, friends, and colleagues – in fact, all those who share our lives. We will learn how to respond to others with patience, respect and care and in turn to experience the satisfaction and stability these qualities will bring to our lives.
This advice will help give us the mental freedom to finally enjoy our relationships with more confidence, leading to happiness for ourselves and others.
