Our weekly in-person and online meditation drop-in classes are taught by qualified Buddhist teachers, and are very easy to understand and apply to our daily lives.

The classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, and emphasise how to use meditation and subsequent practices amidst the busyness of modern, daily life.

OVERCOMING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS  – MAY THEME (4-week course)

The problem with negative feelings is not just the pain they cause – it’s the difficulty letting them go. With meditation we can change this situation.

When something causes us emotional pain – of any kind – we tend to respond in two ways. Dump it on others or bury it inside. Neither works. We know that. But there is another way of responding to our own feelings. Join us to discover a different approach to our feelings and learn how not to beat yourself – or others – up!
