Saturday 26 April | 9.30am – 1pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

We may sometimes wonder how to let go of anxieties, doubts and our habitual preoccupation with the trivialities of our everyday lives.

On this half day course, Gen-la Kunsang will explain how we can free ourselves from the negative minds that prevent us from living a happy and meaningful life, and will introduce meditations that empower us to find inner joy and purpose.

By contemplating and meditating on our human potential, we will feel inspired to focus on our spiritual development, and our mind will become energised, light and joyful. Eventually we will develop the ability to stay happy and upbeat regardless of our external conditions, and we will be able to benefit others more effectively.
