Sunday 30 March | 9.30am – 1pm | with Richard Brown

When we are anxious we feel tense and unable to enjoy anything. Although we deeply wish to experience peace of mind, we do not know how to achieve this.

On this course we will learn simple meditations and ways of thinking that can help to free us from the painful state of anxiety so that we can enjoy the deep happiness and contentment that naturally arises when our mind is peaceful, without our external circumstances needing to change.

On this day course Richard Brown will lead three sessions of liberating meditations and inspiring talks.

Everyone is welcome.
