We offer a variety of classes, from 30 minute guided lunchtime meditations, to in-depth Buddhist study programme, and a variety of day and half-day courses that are suitable for everyone to learn how to transform negative states of mind into positive opportunities for growth, leading to a more fulfilled and happy life.

We are situated in the heart of York City Centre, just around the corner from York Minster, the Art Gallery and Shambles and only a short walk away from York Railway Station.

You are welcome to drop in and browse through our gift and bookshop; selling souvenirs, gifts, greetings cards, Buddhist books, and meditation CDs or visit our beautiful meditation room.

We welcome visits from all types of groups and clubs, such as school visits, scouts, WI, U3A, etc, to learn about Buddhism and meditation.
