Saturday 14 February | 9.30am – 1pm | with Richard Brown

Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have long-standing negative mental habits that often make us feel unhappy, anxious or stressed instead.

On this half day course, Richard Brown will explain how to develop the power to free our self from these negative emotions and, instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy – so that we can greet each day feeling positive and inspired.
