The Power of Meditation | 30th January, 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th February
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and eventually we will be able to stay calm and positive in any situation.
This five-week course will introduce techniques for developing a successful meditation practice that can transform our daily life. By doing this we will gradually develop the power to transform any difficult situation into an opportunity for spiritual growth.

Making Happiness Happen | 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th March
Everyone wants to be happy, but we don’t always understand it is a choice we can make. Happiness is a state of mind, and like any positive state of mind we can learn how it can be strengthened through the practice of meditation. Therefore, we can make a choice to be happy in our life by training in meditation.
This four-week course will provide advice and encouragement on how to develop inner peace and integrate the practice of meditation into our daily lives.
